My name is Autumn Farris (she/her) , I am 24 years old and currently live in California. I am a queer/bisexual freelance illustrator and character designer always looking for new, fun creative endeavors. I have worked with a number of publications including RESIST! and The New Yorker and have been featured on sites including Affinity Magazine# and AfroPunk#. I am always eager to work and open to many ideas. I am very passionate about all things involving inclusivity and equal representation and am unafraid to talk about and illustrate those things. My main goal in my creative career is to bring joy to others and hopefully bring them comfort in themselves after seeing what I’ve made. Everyone deserves to feel represented in entertainment, especially in comics and animation, and I hope to be able to help in bringing more of the representation in my works. I aspire to work with larger studios as a character designer and hopefully one day get to make my own show or film and inspire other young black women in the process of it all.
